I’m Shelby. I am just a girl, living in this big bad world, trying like HELL to help people change their life around. You see, a few short years ago my life looked incredibly different. I was about 70 pounds heavier, depressed, anxious, scared of life and functioning in it. I lived in a mask, only a few people knew the “real” me. The Authentic version of me was deeply buried under repressed trauma and undiagnosed mental health conditions. When I hit my breaking point I decided I HAD to change my life or I would lose it. But I needed to do it “my” way…

When I started to make these micro changes to heal my life, everything changed…for the better. When I started to put myself first and prioritize my health both physically and mentally I gained courage, self confidence, a growth mindset, and a new lease on life. For the first time in my life, I had not just a will to survive but a desire to thrive. I found Peace. I found Happiness. I found a new life, one I would not trade for anything.

If I could somehow bottle this feeling in my soul and inject it into you…I would…with consent of course. I want nothing more than to help others find their peace, healing, and growth themselves. Where I provide you with my story, my Sriracha’s story, Unhinged Accountability, and any tools, tips, and resources that have helped me get to this feeling. If anything I share can help just one person find their Peace, I am truly successful. I am here to support, love, cheer you on, and give you the kick in the ass you need, as you find your way. I’m Sriracha or Racha or Srirachy Rachy or Rachet…

I am a Pitty/Malinois Mix or part Coyote…depending on the day. I am a busy girl who likes long climbs up downed trees, picking up all the trash I find, eating snacks given/stolen/found, and exploring and sniffing everything. I LOVE people, especially bearded men. I have been known for kissing foreheads whether you bend down or not…I also will climb people like they are trees, that’s really fun for me, Mom disagrees and says its “Inappropriate”. I found my way to Mom because someone bought me and wasn’t prepared for my mix of breeds, they said I was crazy. Mom just says I'm feral and we both belong in the woods, I love that plan the woods are my happy place. I am learning to exist in this big beautiful world, Mom says I can help people learn how to handle “crazy” dogs like me through my story so I let her share my secrets and pose for photos, as long Hotdogs or Chicken or cheese are involved….Queens don’t work for free.
